Hello and welcome to my web site! My name is Paula Ancheta and I am a wife and mother of three. I currently work for a corporation in Santa Ana, Ca. I did work in the Public Records industry for around 5 years, and then a background screening company in Irvine, Ca. You could say I sell Peace of Mind for a Living. One day I thought to myself, "I'll bet people would like a piece of cake with their peace of mind." Actually I started baking cakes a few years ago, mostly as a hobby for friends and family. I wanted my children's birthday cakes to be fun and exciting. As time went on, I developed quite a passion for creating unique cakes. I've also realized that my interest has gone beyond the simple hobby level I started with. Recently I've received cake requests from friends of friends who have seen one of my cakes at a party or gathering. My hobby is starting to grow into a little business. What to do? Start a web site and quit my day job. I'm just kidding about quitting my day job, at least for now. Please browse through my photo gallery highlighting some of my special creations.
